Download the mobile application from google play store(android user) or app store for (apple user)

Step 1: Download the app from Google Play Store (for android user) or App Store (For iPhone users) & Install the app on your device.
Step 2: Open the mobile application and enter the your customer id. and tap the proceed. (for customer id find in the Passbook).
Step 3: OTP send to your registered mobile number enter the OTP and the Tap the Proceed button.
Step 4: Next set the four digit MPIN for login, enter the two times MPIN as your choice to choose any four digit MPIN. (Remeber this pin use future login)
Step :5 This is final step to setup mPassbook now you can check your mPassbook. see all transactions on this app your all accounts Saving bank account, current account, FD, etc.

How To Do PNB Passbook Download Using PNB Mobile App (PNB ONE)
Your customer id is printed on your passbook. b. If you are an internet banking user, you can obtain your customer id from the portal. Login to the portal and navigate as following: Personal Settings -> View Personal Details -> Primary Customer Id.
The user needs to download the application “Cent m-passbook” play store.

For registration, enter the user id (i.e. the CIF of the Customer) and registered mobile number.
The Customer ID is mentioned in the welcome letter and cheque book. It is also mentioned on the first page of Passbook and Account Statement.
On the first page of the PNB bank passbook. Above the account number field. You can find the customer ID. PNB customer id and Netbanking user ID are the same.
To view m-Passbook offline, user need to enter his/her internet banking “Username” and “M-Passbook PIN”.
The “m-Passbook” link would appear on the login page itself. Clicking on m-Passbook link, user is prompted to enter “username” and the 4-digit PIN created earlier and “Submit”.

The first page of your cheque book has the customer ID printed on it. This is same as the user ID. The user ID is disabled if there are 3 incorrect attempts to log on to Internet Banking.
