Step 1: Download the app from Google Play Store (for android user) or App Store (For iPhone users) & Install the app on your device.
Step 2: Open the mobile application and enter the your customer id. and tap the proceed. (for customer id find in the Passbook).
Step 3: OTP send to your registered mobile number enter the OTP and the Tap the Proceed button.
Step 4: Next set the four digit MPIN for login, enter the two times MPIN as your choice to choose any four digit MPIN. (Remeber this pin use future login)

- Download and Register into PNB ONE mobile app.
- Now login and open the app.
- On the home screen you will find the option of “mPassBook”
