Ingredients

• For the Filling:–
• 2 Cups Fresh Spinach (Palak), Chopped
• 1 Cup Corn kernels (Fresh or Frozen)
• 200 Grams Paneer, Crumbled
• 1 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
• 1-2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped (Optional)
• 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
• 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds
• 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala (Optional)
• Salt (To Taste)
• 2 Tbsp Oil or Butter
• For the Sandwich:–
• Bread Slices (white, whole wheat, or your Choice)
• Butter (For Toasting)
• Grated Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella, Optional)

Instructions, Sandwich at Home

Step 1:- Prepare the Filling

1. Sauté Ingredients:- In a pan, heat oil or butter over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.
2. Add Spinach and Corn:- Stir in the chopped spinach and corn. Cook until the spinach wilts and the corn is tender (about 3-4 minutes).
3. Mix Paneer and Spices:- Add the crumbled paneer, garlic, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 2:- Assemble the Sandwich

1. Prepare Bread: Take two slices of bread. Spread a layer of the spinach-corn-paneer filling on one slice.
2. Add Cheese (Optional): If you like, sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the filling, then place another slice of bread on top to close the sandwich.

Step 3:- Toast the Sandwich

1. Butter the Outside:- Spread butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
2. Toast:- Heat a skillet or sandwich maker over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and toast until golden brown on both sides and the cheese melts (if added). If using a sandwich maker, follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

• ब्रेड स्लाइस (सफ़ेद, साबुत गेहूँ या अपनी पसंद)
• मक्खन (टोस्टिंग के लिए)
• कद्दूकस किया हुआ पनीर (चेडर या मोज़ेरेला, वैकल्पिक)

निर्देश

चरण 1:- भराई तैयार करें, Sandwich at Home

• भूनने के लिए सामग्री:- एक पैन में मध्यम आँच पर तेल या मक्खन गरम करें। जीरा डालें और उन्हें चटकने दें। कटे हुए प्याज़ डालें और पारदर्शी होने तक भूनें।
• पालक और मकई डालें:- कटे हुए पालक और मकई को मिलाएँ। पालक के मुरझाने और मकई के नरम होने तक पकाएँ (लगभग 3-4 मिनट)।
• पनीर और मसाले मिलाएँ:- टुकड़े किए हुए पनीर, लहसुन, गरम मसाला और नमक डालें। अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ और 2-3 मिनट तक पकाएँ। आँच से उतारें और थोड़ा ठंडा होने दें।

चरण 2:- सैंडविच को इकट्ठा करें

• ब्रेड तैयार करें:- ब्रेड के दो स्लाइस लें। एक स्लाइस पर पालक-मकई-पनीर की फिलिंग की एक परत फैलाएँ।
• पनीर डालें (वैकल्पिक):- अगर आप चाहें, तो फिलिंग के ऊपर थोड़ा कसा हुआ पनीर छिड़कें, फिर सैंडविच को बंद करने के लिए ब्रेड का एक और स्लाइस ऊपर रखें।

चरण 3:- सैंडविच को टोस्ट करें, Sandwich at Home

• बाहरी भाग पर मक्खन लगाएँ:- सैंडविच के बाहरी भाग पर मक्खन लगाएँ।
