• 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala

• 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder (Adjust to Taste)
• Salt to Taste
• Fresh Coriander Leaves (Chopped, For Garnish)
• 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
• Oil (For Shallow Frying)

1. Prepare the Mixture:–

• In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

2. Shape the Kababs:–

• Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into small round or oval patties. You can also shape them into skewers if desired.

3. Heat the Oil:–

• In a pan, heat oil over medium heat for shallow frying.

4. Fry the Kababs:–

• Once the oil is hot, carefully place the shaped kababs in the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Be gentle when flipping to avoid breaking them.

5. Drain Excess Oil:–

• Remove the kababs from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

• एक मिक्सिंग बाउल में कद्दूकस किया हुआ पनीर, मसले हुए आलू, ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स, अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट, हरी मिर्च, गरम मसाला, जीरा पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, धनिया पत्ती और नींबू का रस मिलाएँ। सभी सामग्री के मिल जाने तक अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।

2. कबाब को आकार दें:-

• मिश्रण का एक छोटा हिस्सा लें और इसे छोटे गोल या अंडाकार पैटी का आकार दें। आप चाहें तो उन्हें कटार का आकार भी दे सकते हैं।

3. तेल गरम करें:-

• एक पैन में, मध्यम आँच पर तेल गरम करें और उसे हल्का तल लें।

4. कबाब को तलें:-

• तेल गरम होने पर, आकार दिए गए कबाब को पैन में सावधानी से रखें। दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा भूरा होने तक तलें, लगभग 3-4 मिनट प्रत्येक तरफ। उन्हें पलटते समय सावधानी बरतें ताकि वे टूट न जाएँ।

5. अतिरिक्त तेल निकालें:-

• कबाब को पैन से निकालें और उन्हें अतिरिक्त तेल निकालने के लिए कागज़ के तौलिये पर रखें।

6. परोसें:-

• हरी चटनी, दही की चटनी या केचप के साथ गरमागरम परोसें, साथ ही प्याज़ के छल्ले और नींबू के टुकड़े भी परोसें।
