  • MSME registration process is fully online, paperless and based on self-declaration.

MSME को पंजीकृत करने के लिए किसी दस्तावेज या प्रमाण को अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए सिर्फ आधार नंबर ही काफी होगा।


निवेश और उद्यमों के कारोबार पर पैन और जीएसटी से जुड़े विवरण सरकारी डेटाबेस से स्वचालित रूप से लिए जाएंगे।
हमारी ऑनलाइन प्रणाली पूरी तरह से आयकर और जीएसटीआईएन प्रणाली के साथ एकीकृत होगी।
01.04.2021 से उद्यम पंजीकरण के लिए पैन और जीएसटीआईएन (सीजीएसटी अधिनियम 2017 की प्रयोज्यता के अनुसार और एमएसएमई मंत्रालय द्वारा एसओ 1055 (ई) दिनांक 05 मार्च 2021) के अनुसार अधिसूचित होना आवश्यक है।


जिनके पास ईएम-द्वितीय या यूएएम पंजीकरण या एमएसएमई मंत्रालय के तहत किसी भी प्राधिकरण द्वारा जारी कोई अन्य पंजीकरण है, उन्हें खुद को फिर से पंजीकृत करना होगा।
कोई भी उद्यम एक से अधिक उद्यम पंजीकरण दाखिल नहीं करेगा। हालांकि, विनिर्माण या सेवा या दोनों सहित कई गतिविधियों को एक पंजीकरण में निर्दिष्ट या जोड़ा जा सकता है।
