About the company: The Company was incorporated in Bengaluru as ‘Tracxn Technologies Private Limited’ pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated August 11, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru (the “RoC”). Thereafter, pursuant to the conversion of the Company to a public limited company, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Tracxn Technologies Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 28, 2021 was issued to The Company by the RoC.
