Reliance Industries Q1 Preview: Profit may double; sales likely to rise 60-70%

In continuation of our letter dated July 13, 2022, we wish to inform you that the
Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has approved the
Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended
June 30, 2022, as recommended by the Audit Committee.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the
following:
i. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended
June 30, 2022; and
ii. Limited Review Reports of the Auditors’ with unmodified opinions on the
aforesaid Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 5.40 p.m. and
concluded at 6.30 p.m.
