About the Company

The company is the third largest private sector manufacturer of non-urea fertilizers in India and second largest in terms of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (“DAP”) volume sales as of March 2021. The company is primarily engaged in manufacturing, trading, distribution and sales of a variety of complex fertilizers such as DAP, three grades of Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium (“NPK”), Zypmite, Phosphogypsum and Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (“HFSA”). It is also engaged in the trading, distribution and sales of Muriate of Potash (“MOP”), Ammonia, Speciality Plant Nutrients (“SPN”) and City compost. The company’s fertilizers are marketed under some of the key brand names in the market ‘Jai Kisaan – Navratna’ and ‘Navratna’. The company has an established track record of delivering robust financial performance. Its total income for the Financial Years 2021, 2020 and 2019 was Rs. 5,183.94 crore, Rs. 4,227.77 crore and Rs. 44,397.21 crore respectively.
