Ola Electric Manufacture 10 Lac electric scooter every year
Ola Electric is making some very big promises to revolutionize the Indian EV (Electric Vehicle) space and its S1 Pro electric scooter has received an overwhelming initial response. While several indications suggest that customer response has subsided, the company claims that it continues to ramp up production capabilities at its Future factory near Bengaluru. Agarwal claimed that the plant would be able to manufacture one million (1 lakh) electric cars and 10 million (10 lakh) electric scooters every year at full capacity.
Now all eyes will be on Ola electric car. The Indian EV space is seeing the most interest in battery-powered three- and two-wheelers. The passenger vehicle segment has not seen much activity. Not at all in the mass-market segment. Tata Motors continues to have a strong presence in the mass-market EV space with three electric products. Along with this, talking about other players, it has Hyundai with Kona EV and MG Motor India with ZS EV.
