The company to raise Rs 5352 crores via IPO that comprises Rs 630 crore of fresh issue and offer for sale up to 41,972,660 equity shares. The company reported revenue of Rs 2453 crore in 2021 against the revenues of Rs 1778 crores in 2020. The profit is stood at Rs 61.95 crore in 2021 against loss of Rs 16.34 crore in 2020. As per the demand of the women products we will see a high jump in the profit in coming quarters of the company. The IPO price band is fixed at Rs 1125 per equity share.
