Having pioneered digital mapping in India in 1995, the company has earned its market leadership position in this industry and built a strong moat by capitalizing on its early mover advantage, developing proprietary and integrated technologies, full stack product offerings, continuous innovation and robust sustainable business model. As of September 30, 2021, it has serviced over 2,000 enterprise customers since inception. During Financial Year 2021 and the six month period ended September 30, 2021, it has over 500 customers on its SaaS, PaaS and MaaS platforms. 

Objects Of The Offer:

The objects of the Offer are to (i) to carry out the Offer for Sale of up to 10,063,945 Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹ [●] million by the Selling Shareholders; and (ii) achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges.
