How do I make loan repayment on Amazon?

You will get the receipt for the loan repayment directly from the bank to your registered email.
How much time will it take for a loan repayment to be accepted by the bank?
All bill payment transactions are instantaneous on Amazon; however, some banks may require the pre-defined Turn Around Time (TAT) to process and accept the payment after successful completion of the transaction on Amazon.
You should ensure that payment is done3 business days before the last date for the loan repayment to avoid any late charges.
Can a loan repayment be cancelled for a refund?
No, loan repayment made on Amazon cannot be cancelled and therefore no refund can be issued.
Why am I unable to make a loan repayment?
You are unable to make repayment because (a) you have not selected the right bank; or (b) you have not entered the correct loan account details; or (c) there are technical issues at Amazon’s / Bank’s end.
Why did my loan repayment fail?
The loan repayment fails if incorrect details are provided at the time of making payment or due to technical failure. Some of the common reasons for the failure of loan repayment include:
- Incorrect details like loan account number
- Technical issues at the bank’s end.
In case of such failure, a refund will automatically be processed to your account. Refund may take up to 2-4 business days, depending upon your bank’s policy.
Can Amazon restrict / cancel loan repayment on Amazon?
Amazon reserves the right to cancel any loan repayment at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Where can I find my loan repayment amount information?
You can find it in notifications sent by Bank or you can login to your loan account on respective Bank’s website to find loan details.
Can I make partial or excess payment for my loan repayment?
Some banks allow customers to pay partial amount or excess amount of their EMI. When you choose your bank, you will find amount field fixed/editable basis bank’s policy. There would be additional limits applicable on the payment method (UPI, net-banking) that you would use to pay for EMI. E.g. if the payment method is UPI, per transaction and cumulative daily limit could vary from Rs. 10,000 to Rs.1,00,000 depending on your UPI bank. Please check with your bank for exact details.
Can I make a loan repayment for a loan that does not belong to me e.g. my wife or my father’s EMI?
Yes, you can make payment for loan that does not belong to you. Please make sure to verify details before proceeding.
My Payment status is Pending, while amount was debited from my account.
While in most instances EMI payment happens instantly, in case you paid using UPI your UPI bank may take up to 2 days from the date of payment to confirm the receipt of payment.
In case your EMI payment is not reflected in your account even after 2 days, you are advised to raise a complaint to your UPI bank through the Raise a Complaint feature available for the applicable EMI transaction that is in issue. You can find such transactions under Your Transactions tab on the Amazon Pay dashboard. Once your UPI bank resolves the complaint, the resolution/information provided will be visible under the relevant EMI transaction in Your Transactions tab.
How do I know my loan repayment transaction was successful?
You will receive notification from your bank. Additionally, you can check status of your EMI on Your Orders page on Amazon.
EMI details fetched on Amazon are not correct.

Loan Repayment Through Amazon Pay
The Amazon Pay EMI option is currently available only for mobile users, and customers can track their EMI order history, repayment history and pending dues through Amazon Pay homepage. Once registered, users can avail this option on checkout of products worth more than Rs. 8,000, and less than the prescribed limit.
