Jharkhand Rajya fasal Rahat Yojna (JRFRY) lounched

The objective of JRFRY is :–

• To provide financial assistance to farmers affected by crop damage due to unforeseen natural calamities or events.
• To strengthen the income of the farmers to continue the agricultural work.
• Ensuring financial flow for agricultural work.
• To pave the way for food security, crop diversification, rapid growth and competition in agriculture.

Registration Process:

Open Browser and search https://jrfry.jharkhand.gov.in/ and folow below steps . Read Continuous….

Step 1
Click on the registration button
Step 2
Fill the registration form: enter your Name, Aadhar Number and Mobile Number
Step 3
Verify your mobile number with One Time Password (OTP). OTP is valid for 120 seconds only.

Step 4
After validation of mobile number with OTP, if you were registered under the “Mukhya Mantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojna” your personal and land details will be automatically populated in the registration details window
Step 5
You need to verify each details, which is populated in the registration form, if you find any changes required to be done in the displayed details, you can change the details, set password and click on the update button to confirm your consent for registration.

Step 6
After your successful registration, you can take print out of your registration slip along with the 13-digit unique registration ID or you can directly login to application page by clicking login button

After successful registration you Login the JRFRY portal
Step 1
Click on the Login button on the right top corner on the JRFRY portal or you may directly login from the registration page after successful registration
Step 2
You have two options available for login on JRFRY application portal, 1st is login with your mobile number and your password and 2nd you can login with your registered mobile number through OTP as mentioned in below picture.

After successful login you file and upload your ( Farmer Details or PM Kisan Registered Farmer Check his/her Details )

Step 1
Once you have logged in to JRFRY
application portal, you will see your
profile with your demographical details
as shown in the right side of the slide

Upload Aadhar card and Bank passbook

• Click on Aadhar/Bank passbook
  button
• Click on choose file button and select
  Aadhar card scan copy from your
  computer in JPG/JPEG/PDF format,
  image size max. 100kb
• Click on choose file button and select
  Bank passbook scan copy from your
  computer in JPG/JPEG/PDF format,
  image size max. 120kb.
• Step 3
  Click on upload button and wait until

Application (Re-check/Add land details) Read Continuous….

Step 1
Click on “bhumi vivran dekhen” if
your land details automatically
populated and the details are correct,
then you need not to add land details

Step 2
Only those farmers who have
purchased new land or are new
applicants, they need to add land
details. They can add one, two or
more lands details one by one. Read Continuous….

Know applicant how to Upload land related file . Read Continuous….

Step 1
Click on “bhumi file jode” and choose LPC or Land receipt, if LPC/ land receipt not issued on your name please upload LPC with certified vanshawali in JPG/JPEG/PDF file format, maximum file size allowed is 120 kb
Step 2
Click on upload and wait until your land document(s) gets uploaded.

Application (Upload Consent letter & Declaration
form for Raiyat & Bataidaar farmer)

▪ Raiyat farmers are required to upload
declaration form (Annexure 1) in
application section of the portal.

▪ Bataidaar Farmers are required to
upload declaration form (Annexure 2) and
consent document with landlord for
undertaking agriculture activity (Annexure
3) in application section of the portal.

Know applicant how to Add Crop details . Read Continuous….

Step 1
Click on “fasal jode”

Step 2
Fill the crop area in acre and decimil (area should not exceed from the total land holding of the farmers), crop season, crop name, crop year and crop sown dates to be picked from dropdown calendar. After completing click on done.

Step 3
Farmers can add only notified crop as per crop season; like in Kharif 2022 farmers can add paddy and maize following the same process one by one. Read Continuous….

Application Final Submission process . Read Continuous….

Once you fill all the mandatory details in the application form the last button on the bottom of the form is “final submit”
Step 1: Before clicking the final submit button, please ensure the details shown in the form are correct, as once you click on the final submit button the form will submit to scheme database and application edit right will get disabled.

After final submission applicant print receipt

Once you fill all the mandatory details in the application form final submit your application , you will get your
application receipt along with the registration and application number.
Print your application slip and keep it safe for future references.

ब्राउज़र खोलें और https://jrfry.jharkhand.gov.in/ खोजें। a> और नीचे दिए गए चरणों का पालन करें

चरण 1
पंजीकरण बटन पर क्लिक करें
चरण 2
पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरें: अपना नाम, आधार नंबर और मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करें
चरण 3
एक बार के साथ अपना मोबाइल नंबर सत्यापित करें पासवर्ड (ओटीपी)। ओटीपी 120 सेकेंड के लिए ही वैलिड होता है।

चरण 4
ओटीपी के साथ मोबाइल नंबर के सत्यापन के बाद, यदि आप “मुख्यमंत्री कृषि आशीर्वाद योजना” के तहत पंजीकृत थे, तो आपका व्यक्तिगत और भूमि विवरण पंजीकरण विवरण विंडो में स्वतः भर जाएगा
चरण 5
आपको प्रत्येक विवरण को सत्यापित करने की आवश्यकता है, जो पंजीकरण फॉर्म में भरा हुआ है, यदि आपको प्रदर्शित विवरण में
करने के लिए आवश्यक कोई भी परिवर्तन मिलता है, तो आप विवरण बदल सकते हैं, पासवर्ड सेट कर सकते हैं और अपडेट बटन पर क्लिक कर सकते हैं। के लिए
पंजीकरण के लिए अपनी सहमति की पुष्टि करें।

चरण 6
आपके सफल पंजीकरण के बाद, आप 13-अंकीय अद्वितीय
पंजीकरण आईडी के साथ अपनी पंजीकरण पर्ची का प्रिंट आउट ले सकते हैं या आप सीधे लॉगिन बटन पर क्लिक करके आवेदन पृष्ठ पर लॉगिन कर सकते हैं

चरण 1< में लॉग इन करें br>JRFRY पोर्टल के ऊपरी दाएं कोने में लॉगिन बटन पर क्लिक करें या सफल पंजीकरण के बाद आप सीधे पंजीकरण पृष्ठ से लॉगिन कर सकते हैं
चरण 2
आपके पास JRFRY एप्लिकेशन पोर्टल पर लॉगिन के लिए दो विकल्प उपलब्ध हैं, पहला आपके मोबाइल नंबर के साथ लॉगिन है और
आपका पासवर्ड और दूसरा आप इसके साथ लॉगिन कर सकते हैं ओटीपी के माध्यम से आपका पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर जैसा कि नीचे बताया गया है

सफल लॉगिन के बाद आप अपना (किसान विवरण या पीएम किसान पंजीकृत किसान अपना विवरण जांचें) फाइल और अपलोड करें

एक बार जब आप JRFRY
एप्लिकेशन पोर्टल में लॉग इन कर लेते हैं, तो आप
अपने जनसांख्यिकीय विवरण के साथ अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल देखेंगे
जैसा कि यहां स्लाइड के दाईं ओर दिखाया गया है
चरण 2
आधार कार्ड और बैंक पासबुक अपलोड करें

• आधार/बैंक पासबुक पर क्लिक करें बटन
• फ़ाइल चुनें बटन पर क्लिक करें और अपने
  कंप्यूटर से JPG/JPEG/PDF प्रारूप में आधार कार्ड स्कैन कॉपी चुनें ,
  छवि आकार अधिकतम। 100kb
• फ़ाइल चुनें बटन पर क्लिक करें और
  अपने कंप्यूटर से बैंक पासबुक स्कैन कॉपी
  जेपीजी/जेपीईजी/पीडीएफ प्रारूप में चुनें,
  छवि आकार अधिकतम। 120kb.
• चरण 3
  अपलोड बटन पर क्लिक करें और
  दस्तावेज़ सफलतापूर्वक अपलोड होने तक प्रतीक्षा करें।

आवेदन (भूमि विवरण दोबारा जांचें/जोड़ें) Read Continuous….

“भूमि विवरन देखें” पर क्लिक करें यदि
आपकी भूमि का विवरण स्वचालित रूप से
आबादी है और विवरण सही हैं,
तो आपको भूमि विवरण जोड़ने की आवश्यकता नहीं है फिर से
चरण 2
केवल वे किसान जिन्होंने
नई जमीन खरीदी है या नए हैं
आवेदक, उन्हें जमीन जोड़ने की जरूरत है
विवरण। वे एक-एक करके एक, दो या
अधिक भूमि विवरण जोड़ सकते हैं।

चरण 1
“भूमि फाइल जोड” पर क्लिक करें और एलपीसी या भूमि रसीद चुनें, यदि एलपीसी/भूमि रसीद आपके नाम पर जारी नहीं की गई है, तो कृपया जेपीजी/जेपीईजी/पीडीएफ फाइल फॉर्मेट में प्रमाणित वंशावली के साथ एलपीसी अपलोड करें, अधिकतम फ़ाइल आकार की अनुमति 120 kb है
चरण 2
अपलोड पर क्लिक करें और अपने भूमि दस्तावेज़ अपलोड होने तक प्रतीक्षा करें।

आवेदन (सहमति पत्र और घोषणा पत्र अपलोड करें
रैयत और बटाईदार किसान के लिए फॉर्म)

▪ रैयत किसानों को पोर्टल के आवेदन अनुभाग में
घोषणा पत्र (अनुलग्नक 1) अपलोड करना आवश्यक है। होम पेज। घोषणा की नमूना प्रति

▪ बटाईदार किसानों को
घोषणा पत्र (अनुलग्नक 2) और
कृषि गतिविधि शुरू करने के लिए
जमींदार के साथ सहमति दस्तावेज अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता है (अनुलग्नक< br>3) पोर्टल के आवेदन अनुभाग में।

चरण 1
“फैसल जोड” पर क्लिक करें

चरण 2
फसल क्षेत्र को एकड़ और डेसीमिल (किसानों की कुल भूमि जोत से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए), फसल का मौसम, फसल का नाम, फसल का वर्ष और फसल बोने की तारीखें भरें। ड्रॉपडाउन कैलेंडर से चुना जाना है। पूरा करने के बाद किया पर क्लिक करें।

चरण 3
किसान फसल के मौसम के अनुसार केवल अधिसूचित फसल जोड़ सकते हैं; जैसे खरीफ 2022 में किसान एक ही प्रक्रिया का पालन करके धान और मक्का को एक-एक करके जोड़ सकते हैं Read Continuous….

आवेदन अंतिम जमा करने की प्रक्रिया Read Continuous….

एक बार जब आप आवेदन पत्र में सभी अनिवार्य विवरण भर देते हैं तो फॉर्म के नीचे अंतिम बटन “अंतिम सबमिट” होता है
चरण 1: अंतिम सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करने से पहले, कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि फॉर्म में दिखाए गए विवरण हैं सही है, जैसे ही आप अंतिम सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करते हैं, फॉर्म स्कीम डेटाबेस में जमा हो जाएगा और एप्लिकेशन एडिट राइट अक्षम हो जाएगा।

आखिरी जमा करने के बाद आवेदक प्रिंट रसीद Read Continuous….

एक बार जब आप आवेदन पत्र में सभी अनिवार्य विवरण भर देते हैं तो अपना आवेदन अंतिम रूप से जमा कर देते हैं, आपको पंजीकरण और आवेदन संख्या के साथ अपनी
आवेदन रसीद मिल जाएगी।
