Please restart your computer/ Log in to web page and check ‘My Request’ page. If the redemption request is complete, it will reflect under My Account.
Do I need to log into my account to redeem my SBI Points?
To redeem your SBI Points on https://www.rewardz.sbi/, you need to register yourself on the portal and log in. You can also redeem your points at Max Get More Merchant stores. Please click here to get a complete list of such stores.
Is there any limit on number of redemption transactions that can be done in a day?
Yes, there is a limit of 10 redemption transactions not exceeding cumulative Rs.2,00,000 per 24 hours.

SBI Rewardz is our endeavour to reward our Debit Card holders for using their State Bank of India Debit Card to pay for products and services.
What are the benefits of SBI Rewardz?
SBI Rewardz customers will get rewarded with points for every transaction they make using their Debit Card, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking. The value of each point is 0.25 paisa.
These Reward Points can be used to redeem a wide range of products and services like merchandise, movie tickets, mobile/DTH recharge, airline tickets, hotel booking and much more. The more you transact, the more you get rewarded!
How do I become a SBI Rewardz member?
As a customer of SBI Rewardz, you are automatically enrolled in the SBI Rewardz Program. You will accrue Reward Points on using SBI Rewardz services. All you need to do is activate your account by visiting https://www.rewardz.sbi/.
Follow these steps to activate your account:
- Visit https://www.rewardz.sbi/ and go to the “New User” Option
- Enter your SBI Rewardz Customer ID
- Enter One time password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number
- Verify your personal details and start redeeming.
Can I join SBI Rewardz if I live outside India but I am an Indian citizen?
As long as you have a valid State Bank of India Debit Card, you can join SBI Rewardz.
Is SBI Rewardz open for Non-Indian citizens?
Yes, if you hold an State Bank of India Debit Card, you automatically become a member of SBI Rewardz.

Will I receive a statement of my SBI Points and activities?
Yes, a monthly statement will be sent to all State Bank of India Debit Card holders on their registered e-mail IDs. You can also log into the SBI Rewardz website with your login details to view the statement.
Please note: You must register on SBI Rewardz to view your statement on the website.

How do I unsubscribe?
You are automatically enrolled in the SBI Rewardz program if you are State Bank of India Debit Card holder. However, if you do not want to subscribe to the program, you can choose not to register your membership. If you have activated your membership and would like to unsubscribe, please contact our customer care at 6000-8500 and we would help you further.
