Google Pay Mobile Rechage Process

Recharge your prepaid mobile phone

You can add money and choose a plan for your prepaid mobile phone with Google Pay. This way, you can make more of your payments from one place.

Recharge for the first time

Step 1: Add your number

  1. Open Google Pay .
  2. From the bottom of the screen, swipe up.
  3. Tap New Recharge Prepaid Mobile.
  4. Enter the mobile number you want to add.
    • You can recharge your own or someone else’s mobile service.
  5. Tap Continue.
  6. Enter a nickname for the number. Pick one that you’ll easily recognize in the future.
  7. To change the mobile operator details, under “Operator and circle,” tap the Down arrow Continue.
  8. Follow the steps below to recharge your account.

Step 2: Recharge your account

  1. Choose a type of recharge:
    • Pay a custom amount: Tap Search . Enter the amount that you’d like to recharge.
    • Choose a plan: Tap a plan from the options.
  2. Tap Proceed to pay.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Recharge again

  1. Open Google Pay .
  2. From the bottom of the screen, swipe up.
  3. Tap a mobile operator.
  4. Choose a type of recharge:
    • Repeat a previous recharge: Under the amount, tap Repeat recharge.
    • Pay a custom amount: Tap Search . Enter the amount that you’d like to recharge. This option might not be available for all mobile operators.
    • Choose a plan: Tap a plan from the options.
  5. Tap Proceed to pay.
  6. Follow the instructions on the screen.

View your past recharges

  1. Open Google Pay .
  2. From the bottom of the screen, swipe up.
  3. Tap a mobile operator. You’ll see a list with details of past recharges.

Can we recharge mobile through Google Play?

If you are a Jio, Vi (Vodafone Idea), Airtel, MTNL, or BSNL subscriber in India, you could do your mobile recharge via Google Play in a few simple steps. Apart from mobile recharge, users can also pay their utility bills like electricity bill, gas bill, and DTH recharge via Google Play.

How do I recharge with UPI Google Pay?

  • Recharge BSNL 4G Plans with Google Pay UPI Payment App
  • Open Google Pay App.
  • Go to Business Lanel.
  • Click BSNL Prepaid.
  • Click Drop down button.
  • Select Mobile Number (If already added), If not Click on Link Mobile Number and add the same.
  • Go down and enter the amount of recharge or select the plans shown below.
  • Select the plan and enter your UPI Pin then debit your money on bank account and recharge your mobile number.
  • Congratulations your Mobile/DTH is recharged thanku.

Your recharge didn’t work, but the money left your account?

Step 1: Find out when you’ll get your money back

  1. Find your recharge payment.
  2. If the status says “Failed,” you’ll see about how many days it will take to get your money back.

Step 2: Wait, then check your bank account

After the stated number of days, check your bank account for your money.

If you didn’t get your money back, let us know:

  1. Open the recharge payment that you want to report.
  2. Tap Raise dispute.
  3. Follow the steps on the screen.

You want to choose between multiple numbers?

  1. Open Google Pay .
  2. From the bottom of the screen, swipe up.
  3. Tap a mobile operator.
  4. Next to the number’s nickname, tap the Down arrow .
  5. Select the number you want to recharge.

You want to remove your mobile number?

  1. Open Google Pay .
  2. From the bottom of the screen, swipe up.
  3. Tap a mobile operator.
  4. Next to the number’s nickname, tap the Down arrow .
  5. Next to the number you want to remove, tap Remove Unlink.

You can’t recharge a custom amount?

Some Operator can’t provide custom amount recharge so please check the operator plan and recharge it, if you trying to recharge non plan pack your recharge is failed,

You recharged an incorrect number?

If you enter wrong Number, if recharged an incorrect number, contact your operator for further assistance, your can rise a complaint through contact your mobile service provider. If you recharge a mobile number please check and confirm the number and go to recharge process and pay amount.
