About the company.

CMS Info Systems Limited was originally incorporated as ‘Subhiksha Realty Private Limited’, at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 26, 2008, issued by the RoC. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to ‘CMS Info Systems Private Limited’ pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation granted by the RoC on December 10, 2008. Thereafter, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extra ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of our Company held on December 24, 2014, and the name of our Company was changed to our present name ‘CMS Info Systems Limited’, pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on January 27, 2015. India is the third largest ATM market in the world based on the number of installed ATMs, and the company is India’s largest cash management company based on number of ATM points and number of retail pick-up points as of March 31, 2021, as well as one of the largest ATM cash management companies worldwide based on number of ATM points as of March 31, 2021. (Source: Frost & Sullivan) For Fiscal Year 2021, its total currency throughput, or the total value of the currency passing through all of its ATM and retail cash management businesses, amounted to ?9,158.86 billion. Its cash management business is largely route-based in nature with 78.11% and 78.70% of revenue, respectively, in Fiscal 2021 and the five months ended August 31, 2021 being generated from activities where route density drives profitability and enables operating leverage.
