How to Apply Artisan Card Offline

अगर आप आर्टिज़न कार्ड ऑफलाइन अप्लाइ करना चाहते हैं तो उसके लिए आपको हैन्डीक्राफ्ट सर्विस सेंटर में फोरम जमा करना होगा आपका फोरम को वेरफाइ किया जाएगा उसके बाद आपका सभी डाक्यमेन्ट सही है तो आपका आर्टिज़न कार्ड बन जाएगा| उसके लिए आपको एक फोरम भरना होगा जिसका फॉर्मैट हम आपको नीचे लिंक मे देते हैं इसको डाउनलोड करके भर के दे सकते हैं आपका अर्टसन कार्ड बन जाएगा|
